Quando applichiamo una <strong>Best Practice<\/strong>, un framwork o vogliamo <strong>essere Agili<\/strong> spesso si fa riferimento a dei Principi. PRINCE2\u00ae ha 7 Princ\u00ecpi, DSDM\u00ae e Agile Project Management\u2122 hanno 8 Princ\u00ecpi, il\u00a0Manifesto per lo Sviluppo Agile di Software si basa su 12 Princ\u00ecpi, Open Kanban ne ha<\/span><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a05, COBIT\u00ae5 ne ha 5 e li troviamo anche in M_o_R\u00ae. Ma <strong>cosa sono esattamente questi Princ\u00ecpi?<\/strong> Quali sono le loro caratteristiche?<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1022\" alt=\"12407.strip\" src=\"https:\/\/bcs.was.mybluehost.me\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/12407.strip_.gif\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/div>\n<div><!--more--><\/div>\n<div>Uno dei pi\u00f9 noti autori di Best Practices, Patrick Mayfield, nel suo libro &#8220;Practical People Engagement&#8221; ricorda che quando ha scritto Managing Successful Programmes\u00ae (MSP) hanno fatto riferimento alla definizione di Stephen Covey.<\/div>\n<h2>Le tre caratteristiche dei Princ\u00ecpi secondo Covey<\/h2>\n<div>Stephen Covey indica che i principi hanno tre propriet\u00e0&#8217; fondamentali, sono:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Universali (Universal):<\/strong>\u00a0possono essere applicati <b>ovunque<\/b> e in <b>qualsiasi momento<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auto-Consistenti (Self-Validating):<\/strong>\u00a0sono utilizzati come base per lavorare e sono il <b>risultato di un processo empirico<\/b>. Anche se alcuni potrebbero non riconoscerne la validit\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conferiscono Autorit\u00e0 (empowering):<\/strong>\u00a0possono essere utilizzati per <b>\u201csfidare\u201d un problema<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Applicare i principi<\/h2>\n<div>Quando la lavoriamo, applichiamo un framework o pi\u00f9 in generale implementiamo una metodologia i <strong>Princ\u00ecpi sono la nostra bussola<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<h3>I principi in PRINCE2\u00ae<\/h3>\n<div>In <strong>PRINCE2\u00ae<\/strong>, quando parliamo di adattamento, i principi si applicano mentre le tematiche e processi si &#8220;adattano&#8221; e nel dubbio si fa appunto riferimento ai princ\u00ecpi.<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>I principi in COBIT\u00ae5<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>COBIT\u00ae5<\/strong> considera addirittura &#8220;Principi, Policy e Framework&#8221; come dei fattori abilitanti (enabler) di un organizzazione, strumento importantissimo per la comunicazione. Una volta definiti i princ\u00ecpi in un organizzazione, questi devono essere messi in pratica attraverso delle Policy efficaci e degli appositi framework.
