Ma quali sono le domande pi\u00f9 efficaci per aiutare chi ha le informazioni necessarie ad assegnare le priorit\u00e0?<\/p>\n<h2>I Workaround e la tecnica MoSCoW<\/h2>\n<p>Nel manuale di Agile Project Management\u00ae e del DSDM\u00ae c&#8217;\u00e8 una consiglio molto interessante dove viene specificato che se \u00e8 possibile utilizzare un workaround per il requisito allora non \u00e8 un Must.\u00a0Come riportato da Claudia Spagnuolo, \u00a0Victor\u00a0Page &#8211; \u00a0Training e Accreditation Director del DSDM Consortium &#8211; \u00a0fa notare che \u00a0la domanda del workaround pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata anche per distinguere tra Should have e i Could have. La domanda \u00e8:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;E&#8217; possibile utilizzare un\u00a0<b>metodo alternativo\u00a0<\/b>(workaround)<b>\u00a0<\/b>da applicare temporaneamente,<b>\u00a0<\/b>anche manuale, per soddisfare il requisito?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Alla quale possiamo ottenere diverse risposte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;<strong>No<\/strong>&#8221; allora \u00e8 un <strong>Must have<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;<strong>Si, ma solo temporaneamente<\/strong>&#8221; allora \u00e8 uno <strong>Should have<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;<strong>Si, anche a lungo termine<\/strong>&#8221; allora \u00e8 un <strong>Could have<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nella sua semplicit\u00e0 \u00e8 una domanda molto efficace.
