I 5 valori guidano l&#8217;utilizzo di Kanban nei nostri progetti e nei nostri prodotti, hanno lo stesso significato dei <a title=\"I Princ\u00ecpi secondo Stephen Covey\" href=\"https:\/\/bcs.was.mybluehost.me\/b\/i-principi-secondo-stephen-covey\/\">princ\u00ecpi come li intende Stephen Covey<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcs.was.mybluehost.me\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/107668.strip_value.gif\" alt=\"107668.strip_value\" width=\"100%\" \/><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Primo valore di Open Kanban: Respect for people<\/h2>\n<p>Il primo valore \u00e8 il<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Rispetto per le persone<\/strong>. Se intendiamo Agile un modo di lavorare &#8220;collaborativo&#8221; dove si da importanza alle persone e alle interazioni, il rispetto \u00e8 cruciale. Stesso concetto \u00e8 presente in &#8220;Lean&#8221;, relativamente al Muri, rispettare le persone che lavorano con noi vuol dire anche non farle lavorare fino allo sfinimento.<\/p>\n<h2>Secondo valore di Open Kanban: Courage<\/h2>\n<p>Il secondo valore \u00e8 il\u00a0<strong>Coraggio<\/strong>. Si combina con il valore del <em>Rispetto\u00a0<\/em>e abilita il team a una collaborazione efficace, alla delega e in particolare al coraggio nel miglioramento continuo e nel dare feedback al team.<\/p>\n<h2>Terzo valore di Open Kanban: Focus on Value<\/h2>\n<p>Il terzo principio \u00e8 la\u00a0<strong>focalizzazione\u00a0<\/strong><strong>sul Valore<\/strong>. Lo scopo principale, quando sviluppiamo qualche cosa con l&#8217;ausilio di una Kanban \u00e8 creare valore per il committente. In Lean il concetto \u00e8 ben espresso nell&#8217;eliminare il Muda (gli sprechi). Nel Manifesto ritroviamo il concetto nel software funzionante, che pu\u00f2 quindi creare il valore e i benefici che si aspetta il committente.<\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; interessante come questo valore corrisponda al principio di DSDM\u00ae \u00a0&#8220;Focus on business needs&#8221; e al principio di PRINCE2\u00ae &#8220;Continues business justification&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Quarto valore di Open Kanban: Communication and Collaboration<\/h2>\n<p>Il quarto valore \u00e8 <strong>Comunicazione e collaborazione<\/strong>, fondamentali nel lavoro in team. Si ricollega al Manifesto Agile data l&#8217;importanza delle interazioni e delle persone. Similarmente in DSDM\u00ae sono presenti i principi &#8220;Collaborate&#8221; e &#8220;Communicate continuously and clearly&#8221;.
