L&#8217;etichetta si basa sui valori del metodo ed \u00e8 importante che sia <strong>spiegata ai partecipanti nella parte iniziale del workshop<\/strong>. Come \u00e8 anche importante che il facilitatore la rispetti sempre. L&#8217;etichetta del metodo LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae non si limita alle regole base di comportamento &#8211; come nella vignetta &#8211; ma \u00e8 fondamentale per rendere efficace il workshop.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1083\" src=\"https:\/\/bcs.was.mybluehost.me\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/15117.strip_etiquette.gif\" alt=\"15117.strip_etiquette\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>L&#8217;etichetta dei partecipanti durante un workshop LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae<\/h2>\n<p>Durante un workshop LSP ogni partecipante deve considerare che:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il facilitatore ti pone delle sfide. Ne definisce i tempi, le modalit\u00e0 e ti guida nel processo.<\/li>\n<li>I <strong>modelli<\/strong> LEGO\u00ae che costruisci <strong>sono la tua risposta<\/strong>, personale, alle varie sfide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non ci sono risposte sbagliate.<\/strong> Le sfide sono delle &#8220;domande aperte&#8221;. E&#8217; importante il significato che tu dai al modello e la relativa condivisione.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pensa con le tue mani<\/strong>. Anche non sai cosa costruire, intanto comincia a costruire.<\/li>\n<li>Per ogni costruzione LEGO\u00ae \u00e8 <strong>importante il significato<\/strong>, non tanto i puri aspetti estetici. Solo chi ha costruito il modello conosce il suo significato profondo e cosa esattamente rappresenta. Questo vuol dire che:\n<ul>\n<li>Puoi <strong>fare liberamente domande<\/strong> sugli altri modelli e le storie altrui ma NON puoi esprimere opinioni sui modelli e sull&#8217;interpretazione personale.<\/li>\n<li>Quando il facilitatore fa delle domande sui modelli LEGO\u00ae o sulle storie, lo sulle idee che esprimono e non sulle persone. Bisogna infatti focalizzarsi sul modello e sulla storia, non sulla persona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ascolta con gli occhi<\/strong>. Osserva i modelli LEGO\u00ae degli altri partecipanti per comprendere meglio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Il codice di condotta del Facilitatore durante un workshop LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae<\/h2>\n<p>Durante un workshop LSP il facilitatore vuol dire rispettare le varie fasi del processo e quindi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mantenere il &#8220;flusso&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0e<strong> introdurre il metodo e il processo<\/strong> di LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae\u00a0ai partecipanti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fornire delle sfide idonee all&#8217;obiettivo<\/strong> del workshop LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae\u00a0<strong>tenendo conto del livello di conoscenza<\/strong> del processo da parte dei partecipanti.<\/li>\n<li>Un <strong>modello<\/strong> deve essere inizialmente creato in maniera <strong>individuale<\/strong>, poi pu\u00f2 essere condiviso.
