Checklist del facilitatore LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae<\/h2>\n

  1. Pianificare e preparare il processo<\/strong>. Il processo \u00e8 molto influenzato dal tipo di sfide che vengono preparate.<\/li>\n
  2. Impostare\u00a0la scena<\/strong> e l\u2019<\/strong>etichetta<\/strong> di LEGO\u00ae\u00a0SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Facilitare<\/strong> il processo in modalit\u00e0 “aperta”<\/strong> nel senso che le varie sfide devono avere una risposta aperta per favorire la riflessione e non deve esserci un\u2019unica risposta giusta. Questo deve essere chiarito quando si propone la sfida.<\/li>\n
  4. Assicurarsi che i partecipanti siano nel \u201cflusso<\/a>\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Pi\u00f9 in generale quando si costruisce qualche cosa \u00e8 utile che sia fatto in progressione<\/a> per meglio strutturare l\u2019esplorazione e l\u2019apprendimento.<\/p>\n

    Pianificare l’agenda del Workshop\u00a0LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae<\/h2>\n

    La prima cosa che fa un facilitatore \u00e8 pianificare il processo in anticipo<\/strong>, fissando l’agenda del workshop. E\u2019 infatti necessario preparare prima le sfide in modo che siano rilevanti per il workshop specifico, proprio perch\u00e9 la scelta delle sfide ha degli effetti importantissimi sul workshop<\/strong>\u00a0e deve assicurare l\u2019integrit\u00e0 e il corretto utilizzo del metodo.<\/p>\n

    Il metodo LSP \u00e8 costruito secondo un approccio \u201ca risposta aperta\u201d<\/strong> che deve spingere soprattutto alla riflessione, piuttosto che a dare una risposta “corretta”<\/strong>.\u00a0 Questo approccio presuppone che la sfida abbia pi\u00f9 risposte \u201ccorrette\u201d o \u201cvere\u201d.<\/p>\n

    Nel formulare una sfida<\/strong> deve essere chiaro che ci sono differenti modi per risolverla<\/strong>: deve essere posta come una sfida a risposa aperta per favorire la ricerca di nuovi scenari e nuove idee.<\/p>\n

    La costruzione di modelli, attraverso le sfide,\u00a0 permette di raggiungere il nocciolo di quello su cui i partecipanti devono riflettere. Le domande devono essere focalizzate sulle esperienze e sulle caratteristiche<\/strong>, pi\u00f9 che sui fatti e sulla conoscenza dei vari elementi.<\/p>\n

    I partecipanti tendono a vedere buone sfide come elementi che sia compresi facilmente e che scatenino i loro pensieri in modo diverso.<\/p>\n

    Tutto il gruppo di lavoro<\/strong> (incluso il facilitatore) rispondendo a una sfida formulata dal facilitatore beneficia durante l’interazione dell’esperienza e delle prospettive<\/strong> professionali di quel gruppo specifico.<\/p>\n

    Come passare da un compito all’altro<\/h2>\n

    Spesso il modo migliore per portare i gruppi ad esplorare i vari aspetti \u00e8 quello di strutturare il\u00a0processo con delle sfide che, una dopo l’altro, portano sui diversi livelli di riflessione e astrazione.<\/p>\n

    Le domande che formano i diversi livelli sono quelle domande che fanno muovere da un certo livello di riflessione ad un altro. Costruire delle sfide su diversi \u201cround\u201d di riflessioni su uno stesso tema, ma da una serie di prospettive differenti amplia l\u2019ambito delle riflessioni dei partecipanti e produce un dialogo pi\u00f9 approfondito.<\/p>\n
