PRINCE2\u00ae aggiunge anche Rischi e Benefici.\u00a0Solitamente Tempo, Costo e Ambito sono costanti e in caso di problemi si agisce riducendo la Qualit\u00e0.\u00a0DSDM\u00ae &#8211; e in generale gli approcci agili &#8211; considerano invece il Tempo, Costo e Qualit\u00e0 come costanti e l&#8217;Ambito come variabile.\u00a0In caso di problemi si rimuovono elementi dall&#8217;ambito (de-scope). Pertanto, per ogni elemento a cui \u00e8 stata data una priorit\u00e0, si fa una previsione\/stima dell&#8217;impegno necessario per il rilascio e quindi si bilancia il tutto come segue:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Must have<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<em>non pi\u00f9 del 60% dell&#8217;impegno totale<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Should have<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<em>non pi\u00f9 del 20%\u00a0<\/em><em>dell&#8217;impegno totale<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Could have<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<em>almeno il 20%\u00a0<\/em><em>dell&#8217;impegno totale<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inoltre i\u00a0<strong>Must have<\/strong>\u00a0e gli\u00a0<strong>Should have<\/strong>\u00a0<em>non dovrebbero essere pi\u00f9 dell&#8217;80% dell&#8217;impegno totale<\/em>, cos\u00ec da avere una contingenza di almeno il 20% e di massimo il 40%.
