In DSDM\u00ae e Agile Project Management\u00ae <strong>l&#8217;utilizzo della tecnica<\/strong> MoSCoW <strong>e il corretto bilanciamento<\/strong> dei Must have con gli Should have e \u00a0i Could have \u00e8 fondamentale per <strong>avere la contingenza<\/strong> necessaria per e garantire il &#8220;<strong><em>Deliver on time<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-676\" alt=\"1668.strip\" src=\"https:\/\/bcs.was.mybluehost.me\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/1668.strip_.gif\" width=\"100%\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Come nella striscia di Dilbert \u00a0potrebbero essere presenti una <strong>grande quantit\u00e0 di requisiti Must Have<\/strong> o solamente requisiti con questa priorit\u00e0. Pertanto sarebbe impossibile bilanciarli con la regola del pollice della <em>tecnica MoSCoW<\/em> relativa all&#8217;impegno necessario: 60% <em>Must have<\/em>, 20% <em>Should<\/em>\u00a0have e \u00a020% <em>Could have<\/em>.\u00a0Per gestire queste eventualit\u00e0 i manuali del DSDM Consortium descrivono una serie di utili consigli.<\/p>\n<h2>Come creare la lista dei requisiti con la tecnica MoSCoW<\/h2>\n<p>Inizialmente si consiglia di lavorare a stretto contatto con il <em>Business Visionary<\/em> (il ruolo che in DSDM\u00ae che interpreta le necessit\u00e0 del business e le comunica al Team) per fargli comprendere come devono essere assegnate le priorit\u00e0. Quindi \u00a0spiegare al <em>Team<\/em> di lavorare considerando le priorit\u00e0 e non solo su cosa \u00e8 pi\u00f9 divertente.<\/p>\n<p>Una buona strategia \u00e8 partire inserendo tutti i requisiti come <em>Won&#8217;t Haves<\/em>. Per ogni requisito stimare e fare previsioni sull&#8217;impegno necessario per soddisfare i requisiti (in Agile sono presenti molte tecniche interessanti come il <em>Planning Poker<\/em> o l&#8217;utilizzo dei <em>Gummi Bear<\/em>).Procedere quindi cercando delle\u00a0giustificazioni per far crescere la priorit\u00e0 di ogni requisito. Reiterare pi\u00f9 volte sulla lista, facendo particolare attenzione ai <em>Must Have<\/em> e al rispettivo bilanciamento secondo la regola del 60-20-20.<\/p>\n<h2>Domande da utilizzare per dare le priorit\u00e0<\/h2>\n<p>Per ogni requisito identificato come <em>Must Have<\/em>, domandare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Cosa succede se il requisito non viene soddisfatto?&#8221;.<\/strong> Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;Cancellare il progetto, non ci sono altri modi per implementare la soluzione senza soddisfare questo requisito&#8221; allora \u00e8 un <em>Must Have<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Arrivo da te la notte prima del rilascio e ti dico che c&#8217;\u00e8 un problema con questo requisito e non possiamo rilasciare. Fermiamo il progetto?&#8221;.<\/strong> Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;Si&#8221; allora \u00e8 un <em>Must Have<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;E&#8217; possibile utilizzare un work-around, anche manuale per soddisfare il requisito?&#8221;.<\/strong> Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;Si&#8221; allora non \u00e8 un <em>Must Have.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Il Business Case &#8211; se di sufficiente dettaglio &#8211; pu\u00f2 essere usato per giustificare la priorit\u00e0 del requisito?&#8221;.<\/strong> Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;Si&#8221; allora probabilmente \u00e8 un <em>Must Have<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Il requisito \u00e8 un Must Have e dipende da altri? Quelli da cui dipende sono tutti <em>Must Have<\/em>?<\/strong>&#8220;. Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;No&#8221; allora valutare le dipendenze, un <em>Must Have<\/em> deve dipendere solo da altri <em>Must Have<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Il requisito Must Have fa riferimento ad un obiettivo del progetto che \u00e8 anche questo un Must Have?&#8221;.<\/strong> Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;No&#8221;, considerare come Must Have solo i requisiti che fanno riferimento agli obiettivi principali.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Il requisito \u00e8 necessario per l&#8217;aderenza a leggi o regolamentazioni?&#8221;.<\/strong> Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;Si&#8221;, allora \u00e8 un <em>Must Have<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Se ci sono problemi con il requisito, abbiamo problemi di sicurezza?&#8221;.<\/strong> \u00a0Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;Si&#8221;, allora \u00e8 un\u00a0<em>Must Have<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per capire invece la differenza tra uno <em>Should Have<\/em> e un <em>Could Have<\/em>, domandare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Quanto \u00e8 doloroso non soddisfare il requisito?&#8221;.<\/strong> Se \u00e8 molto doloroso, ma la soluzione \u00e8 comunque fattibile, allora \u00e8 uno Should Have. Se invece non \u00e8 doloroso escludere un requisito allora \u00e8 un Could Have<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pi\u00f9 in generale per scomporre requisiti o capire se hanno differenti livelli &#8211; sia per i <em>Must Have<\/em> che per quelli di altra priorit\u00e0 &#8211; domandare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Il requisito pu\u00f2 essere scomposto? I requisiti ottenuti hanno diverse priorit\u00e0?&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0Se la risposta \u00e8 &#8220;Si&#8221; allora scomporre il requisito e assegnare diverse priorit\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;E&#8217; possibile utilizzare differenti livelli di accettazione di un requisito?&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0Per esempio. Deve essere possibile ripristinare il backup al pi\u00f9 presto possibile. &#8220;Quanto presto?&#8221;.
